Dental Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator Coordinator (PC) is responsible for scheduling, collecting payments, confirming appointments & light AR. The PC maintains and organizes all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks - receiving and distributing office mail and email, answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly, communicating patients' arrival promptly, managing administrative records and pulling/filing office charts among other duties.
Job Requirements:
Eaglesoft experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Friendly, upbeat/positive demeanor with patients and the dental office team members
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures IS NOT REQUIRED, WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
