CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE FLSA:
NON-EXEMPT REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High School Diploma / GED.
At least 1-year customer service experience preferred Self-motivated and positive attitude Good communication skills both verbal and written Computer literate Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Give appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
Place outbound calls to no-show patients for a new appointment.
Resolve issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
Process all patient transfer requests Provide general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification Screen all dental calls and transfer to the appropriate site Outreach patients to schedule hospital, lab and various other follow up appointments Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
