Retail/Sales Experience is a Plus.
However 'Video Game Knowledge' is a Must.
Must have Moderate - Extensive Knowledge of Most Video Game Consoles, Handhelds, Accessories and Expertise with Video Games on various platforms.
Must have Transportation Must be Detail Oriented, Be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Including waiting on customers, putting out inventory, pulling inventory, cleaning Cartridges/Disks.
Testing games for customers before their purchase.
Cleaning and testing of games, systems, controllers and accessories.
Properly Tagging tested or broken goods.
Taking in Customer repairs, Assisting customers with Repair form and tagging repairs with correct information.
A grasp Understanding and Awareness to remove items Offline when sold in shop, Pull orders that sell online promptly.
Packaging and labeling said packages.
Overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
