- Greet and assist patients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls - Verify insurance benefits, collect payments, post treatment into practice management system and close the end of business - Account Receivables/Account Payables Qualifications - Previous experience in an dental office management or administrative role necessary - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Job Type:
