We are seeking enthusiastic and professional self-starter to handle administrative tasks for an attorney.
We are looking for someone with the right personality as well as the right skills/experience.
Legal background is helpful but not required.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Managing the day to day schedule for the attorney Maintaining the office calendar including appointments and client meetings Handling monthly client billing.
Answering client calls and e-mail communications Interpreting and reading client contracts Receiving/sorting/filing client correspondence and other functions as needed REQUIREMENTS:
Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - especially MS Word Solid communication skills both written and verbal Excellent grammar, proofreading and editing skills Resourceful and self-motivated Job Type:
