The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the turf, flowerbeds and shrubs of our exterior properties.
The ideal candidate for this position should be comfortable working outside in all kinds of weather, detail-oriented and capable of completing their tasks on time.
This is a fast-paced position that requires extreme attention to detail, and so we are only looking for the most qualified applicants.
Responsibilities:
Edge, weedeat, blow, pull weeds, spray for weeds.
Inspect gardens, lawns, and landscapes for potential problems.
Identify problem areas before they get worse and handle them by using organic or non-organic methods.
Deliver services on a regular basis to customers.
Listen to and respect the customer's needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Set up a maintenance schedule for each client.
