This position requires on call rotation.
The maintenance aide is responsible for maintaining the grounds, facilities, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs on the facilities and equipment.
HVAC experience is not required.
We are looking for someone with general maintenance experience, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs, as well as drywall and painting.

Qualifications:
